“Change” seems to be a real theme of my career. I’ve been lucky enough to get to work with and support some amazing leaders of change, and myself to design and implement some programmes that have led to changes I am proud of.
Here is a module I delivered for some European Commission online learning, looking specifically at being an agent of change in a public sector organisation.
